Mrs. Vandana Shrivastava serves as the guiding inspiration behind the soul purpose of ARA for Impact Foundation. Her transformative influence turns our collective dream into a global initiative, fostering harmony and connections among communities worldwide to extend assistance to those in need.

Starting her teaching journey in 1989 as a Lecturer, Mrs. Shrivastava led various Government higher secondary schools as Principal until 2012. In 2013, she joined the Directorate of Public Instructions, Department of Education, Madhya Pradesh, Bharat (India), taking on the role of State Head of the Department for IEDSS (Inclusive Education of the Disabled at Secondary Stage). During her final eight years before retiring in 2021, she oversaw the allocation and management of government funds in Madhya Pradesh, facilitating distribution for national and state scholarships, non-profit organization funding, and provision of assets for children with disabilities (wheelchairs, Braille books, audiobooks, laptops/computers, etc.).

Hailing from a family of esteemed Bureaucrats, Professors, and Doctors, Mrs. Shrivastava draws inspiration from her late father, Dr. Vishnu Chandra Srivastava. Dr. Srivastava concluded his illustrious career as a Professor and Head of the Department of English Literature at Udaipur University, Rajasthan, Bharat (India). His noteworthy research endeavors encompassed a comparative study of English and Sanskrit Literatures, intricately comparing the works of William Shakespeare with those of Kalidasa.

Since 2021, post-retirement, Mrs. Vandana Shrivastava, the Chairman and Founder of ARA for Impact group, continues to be a beacon of inspiration at the Foundation Non-Profit venture, guiding us daily with her wisdom and leadership.

Siddharth (Sid) Shrivastava brings over 18 years of progressive experience as a seasoned technology professional, leading global information technology functions at IT product and service organizations. Renowned for his distinguished service track record, he excels in transforming complex customer environments and solutions on a global scale. In his current role at Egnyte Inc., he plays a key part in the Professional Services organization, focusing on expediting the adoption and realizing the value of the platform/product for customers.

Prior to joining Egnyte Inc., Sid spent over 9 years at SunGard Availability Services where he held various roles. Before that, he contributed significantly to strategic Transition and Transformation programs at Hewlett Packard (formerly Electronic Data Systems / MphasiS, an HP Company) for 7+ years.

In addition to his professional achievements, Sid is the co-founder and promoter of ARA for Impact Foundation. Established in February 2021, this startup non-profit organization is officially registered with the Ministry of Commerce, India.
